A modern studio style self-contained unit on the ground floor of our family home in Turangi. A queen-sized bed in the main room. Small kitchenette with crockery & cutlery supplied, small fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, Freeview Smart TV and Wifi. Modern private bathroom. An additional small bedroom with a single bed is perfect for a 3rd guest or more space to spread out. Close to major attractions of the area and ideal to access the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Private access to unit.

Soothing Riverside Cabin, Taumarunui

No cleaning fee, minimum 2 night stay. Cabin is a bedroom only, toilet, shower and kitchen located separately a few metres away. You are on the tip of a peninsula in the Whanganui River. Lie in bed and watch the fish rise in the morning, sit around the fire in the evening enjoying the peace and quiet after a swim. Mountains are 40 mins away, kayaking tours 10 mins away and Taumarunui is 12km. Please don't bring water, free, safe water is provided. Limiting plastic is much appreciated.

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. Welcome to ALBA, our little cottage. Located on a, semi-rural cul-de-sac 5 mins from Turangi. There is NO wifi Our cosy cottage has two bedrooms, large bathroom/laundry space and an open plan kitchen, dining, living area heated by a large heat pump. The mighty Tongariro River with its world famous trout fishing pools is at the end of the road, the Turangi township is a 5 min drive or a beautiful walk past the river and the Whakapapa ski field and Tongariro crossing are only 40mins away.

Cosy Cottage Retreat Motuoapa

Welcome to our little part of paradise, fully self contained cosy cottage, with off street parking, 5 minutes walk to the local marina and lake, stopping off for brekkie or lunch at the local cafe. For those fisherpeople you will be 10 to 20 minutes drive from world class trout/fly fishing spots. Turangi is 10 minutes drive south, with great cafes and restaurants, 40 minutes to Mt Ruapehu for fabulous skiing and the Sky Waka. Turangi is the hub for the adventure tourism activities.

"The End of the Road"

The bach is well equipped, but GUESTS MUST SUPPLY OWN LINEN (sheets, pillow slips & towels), and CLEAN it before leaving. It is a fisherman's bach at the end of a quiet street. Lake Taupo is a 10 minute walk and the Tauranga Taupo River nearby. We have plenty of duvets and blankets. NO WIFI. If you are unable to clean the house before you leave or supply your own linen it's better if you find a motel or hotel nearby. We keep the price lower by not having a cleaning fee.

This cozy cottage offers beautiful views! With a covered outdoor area with bifold windows, you will be able to enjoy them at any time. Tranquility, comfort and relaxation, just a few minutes away from lake Taupo and only 10 minutes drive to Taupo town - This place is perfect to escape real life and enjoy a break! It is private with modern furniture, a well equipped kitchen with alpacas and emus just outside. You can feed the alpacas. Plenty of parking space.
