Welcome to Barron Place, where tranquility meets elegance. This spacious lakeview retreat offers an ideal getaway for families. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and room for 10 (6 adults max). Large glass doors open to stunning lake views. The expansive deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening BBQs. Unwind, entertain and explore, this escape has it all. *PLEASE NOTE* there is a $20 linen/towel fee per bed. Queen beds - 2 towels, single beds - 1 towel. You are welcome to bring your own linen.

This cosy, updated three double bedroom holiday home offers comfort with great indoor/outdoor flow to ample decking. Enjoy a glass of mulled wine sitting by the outdoor fireplace in a sheltered private garden or listen to the bird song from the covered verandah. Next to a reserve, a short walk to a playground, tennis court or the shop. Lake Taupo with swimming beaches and boat ramps are a 10-min walk or 2 minute drive Nearby attractions include short walks, tramps/hikes, bike trails and skiing.

A stand alone spacious modern room with ensuite, separate from the main house with a stunning view of the lake. We are a short walk to the lake for swims or use our kayaks. We are surrounded by gorgeous nature walks. You may wish to treat yourself to a relaxing massage, or book in for boating excursions & water-sports, $150 for first hour, $100 per hour thereafter. We are in easy reach of some of NZ's' most stunning hikes. An Easy 40 minutes to Whakapapa ski field and Tongariro Crossing, local river walks, supermarket and eateries 10 mins. Ski season is all go.
