Nestled into six acres of private forested land, this studio apartment has everything you need for the perfect stay, including a visiting porch, private bath with shower and tub, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dining nook, sitting area, and queen sized bed. Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine trail, and a quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive!

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

1,000 sq ft. Cottage overlooking Lake Conroe located at Waters Edge resort, offering lake access, boat launch and docks. 800 sq.ft. deck includes a giant water cooled fan, fire pit with seating for twelve, outside dinning table that seats six and gas grill for outdoor cooking. Inside, sixteen feet tall ceilings create a large open main room with an overlooking loft; complete kitchen and wetbar with extra ice machine and wine cooler. Perfect for fishing trips & family parties!

The quaint and charming Sam Houston Cottage provides a front porch view of the historic granite monument sculpted in 1911 by Italian artist Pompeo Coppini to mark the final resting place of Sam Houston. Enjoy the peaceful outdoors on 43 acres with a 2 acre lake and creek on the property, or hike through the National Forest. Built in the 70’s, our home has been recently renovated and is ready for your escape into the country!
