Recently remodeled with a dining table to take your meals, hot water, a comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchenette, you will be lacking nothing here. This apartment is a guest suite attached to the main living area of the home and is completely private, however there is a resident who lives in the main part of the home.

Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

Welcome to my original 1925 Casita, built in the heyday of the John Ringling era. We are centrally located between Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, making it an ideal place to explore all the area has to offer. Getting around is easy since we are located very close to the Ringling Museum of Art. Plus, it is only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle.
