Modeled in the Adirondack style to create a unique and peaceful getaway, it is just 30 steps out the front door to the sandy shore of Kayuta Lake. Camp Kinloch

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. This is a cozy 4 bedroom house located on Oneida Lake. It will comfortably sleep up to ten people. There are TV’s in each bedroom. You can cozy up to the fireplace in the living room on a cold night. There are two full bathrooms one on each floor. There is a large deck with many seats to view the beautiful sunsets each night. All bedding, blankets, towels, and paper products are included with your stay.

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

Penthouse | Historic Oneida Lakefront Condo 5

“The Penthouse" is Condo 5, a 4-bedroom unit within the Oneida Lake House, a renovated lakefront property with a total of five condos. This is the largest unit of the five, with a private balcony, a full kitchen, a living room with a 65" smart TV, and a shuffle board for extra fun. Step out to the shared lawn, firepit, hot tubs, and beach just a few steps away. Grill, sip a drink under the gazebo, or gather around the fire as the sun sets over the lake.

Thank you all for a great season! We will see you all in June-September 2026. BEACHSIDE 2-unit COTTAGE. Perfect locale btw private beach & downtown area. Lake right out your front door with the most spectacular sunsets! 2 spacious bedrooms, living room, full bath, kitchenette; grill, fire pit; linen, towels & kitchenware provided. Can accommodate 5 people only. Meet ur friends downtown in all the public areas. Off street parking for 2cars.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.

The Point

Private setting, end of the road, 400+ feet of water front including a 40' sandy beach, dock for motorboats and swimming. The home is located on a semi-secluded point, on Kayuta Lake, in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. The house is close to snowmobile and x-country trails for winter activities and is available for all seasonal use.
