The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Rent a pontoon, kayak or bike at Sylvan Beach Supply Co. Rest in the spacious master king bed with a lake view. Or choose the queen, full, or two twin beds. Dining seats 10 plus 4 barstools. 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fans, heat, Wifi, 2 Roku TVs, games, and fireplace for year round use. It's lake time!

Only a few miles to ATV trail access! Conveniently located near town for all your needs. Private/plentiful parking + garage.

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! Knotting Pine Cabin

Knotting Pine Cabin is very spacious and can sleep 9 people. If you are looking for a great get away with friends and family you will love this cabin. Guests can enjoy walking the paths in the forest adjacent to the cabin, a game of horse shoes, canoe available for guests to take to the local ponds and reservoir. Enjoy camp fires and making s'mores at night. We are located on the Tug Hill Plateau with access from the cabin to the NYS snowmobile trail system.
