Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Private entrance. Walk-in shower. No kitchen, but we offer a mini fridge and microwave!

Conveniently located at the foot of College Hill. It's half a mile to Hamilton and an easy mile-long stroll on the sidewalk to the Village of Clinton. Natural light from banks of windows light the bedroom, which, along with the bath and laundry are on the second floor, accessible by a winding stair. A retro kitchen and a large living/ dining space accented by raised paneling, make this spacious apartment very livable. Outside is a south-facing sun drenched terrace.

1860 Suite

Enjoy your own private entrance to this lovely three bedroom guest suite with cozy sitting area. THERE IS NO KITCHEN, tho offered is a microwave oven, bar refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs on the second floor. The 1860 Suite is located on a scenic tree lined village street. Stroll down the sidewalk to quaint village shops, Cazenovia Lake, parks, plus fine dining & "farm to table" restaurants.

This duplex consists of three bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living room, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Laundry area is shared with owner. Centrally located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Anyone traveling the Erie Canal Bike Trail, we are 2 blocks North of this route. Anyone snowmobiling, we have access to trail C7. Ride from your front door.

Whether you are in town for business, reunion, wedding or recreation, this convenient and quiet place is for you. Located on the north shore of Oneida Lake, this newly renovated 1000 square foot space is attached to the host's home on 1 and 1/3 acres of private property adjacent to a wooded area. There is plenty of space for parking.

Farmhouse Stay on Tug Hill

Perfect for those weekend trips to Tug Hill for snowmobiling or skiing! Enjoy a private 1 bedroom space with a 3/4 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area. We have a large driveway with plenty of space for parking. Be weary of weather and plan your stay accordingly as this is an area that averages 194 inches of snowfall each year!

This cozy 1-bedroom efficiency is right on the snowmobile and four-wheeler trail and is minutes away from the Redfield/Salmon River Reservoir for fishing and kayaking. It is within walking distance of a Restaurant and Bar and has plenty of parking. Located in Redfield, NY.

This is a basement suite so it’s below the main house but is entirely separate and private with its own driveway and entrance. It has No kitchen but has a full size fridge and microwave and coffee. 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, small home theatre.
