An architecturally designed home in a prime Mount Maunganui location, which is just a minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the cafes and boutique shops of The Mount. This home offers garage parking and off street parking, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and two outdoor patios. This home is perfect for a couple or would suit a family traveling with teenagers (regrettably no infants or children under 12 years old will be accepted).

Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Swim in the sea and then have a wine on one of the large deck spaces. So much to offer from this beachfront property.

This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.

Paradise on Paku - Tairua, Coromandel Peninsula

The views are stunning! The house very comfortable. You will agree, this is a special place. There is so much to do from kayaking, to chartered fishing adventures, Hot Water beach & Cathedral Cove a short drive away. The house works well for couples, business travellers, families. Linen is included in the cleaning fee, so bedding & towels are excellent quality. Beach towels can be provided on request for an additional charge.
