This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

This is a Studio unit is at the rear of the property, You have your own private garden view. Enjoy beautiful bed linen and a very comfortable Queen bed. We are ten minutes walk to the local restaurants and cafes. With a private beach just steps away.

Our Bach is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 10 people over 5 bedrooms. A great kitchen, two bathrooms, Deck and Lounge with TV, Internet and Chromecast - we have everything you need!
