Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Affacciato direttamente sul lago, Le Onde è un appartamento mansardato formato da una zona soggiorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno. Ad uso dei due appartamenti che compongono la proprietà, al piano inferiore, si trovano un'ampio porticato e terrazza attrezzati. Al di là della strada litoranea, disponiamo di un solarium privato e attrezzato con accesso diretto al lago. Parcheggio gratuito. Consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un auto. Appartamento dotato di terrazza panoramica che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Como e permette di ammirare tramonti meravigliosi. Troverai parcheggio gratuito su strada, a solo 100 metri. L'appartamento si trova nell'incantevole zona alta di Fiumelatte (Pino).Dista 2,5 km dal centro di Varenna. Si trova in una posizione strategica: dalle finestre possiamo ammirare lo spettacolare borgo di Bellagio. Consiglio un auto per spostarsi in autonomia.
