The Lake is swimmable through September, and the amenities inside make it perfect for a year-round getaway space. Fireplace, heat, a gorgeous, enormous master with its own porch, and beautiful location make this the perfect getaway any time of year. The property includes a private beach perfect for swimming, a fire pit, and a lawn big enough for games!

Your perfect destination for enjoying all Skaneateles Lake has to offer. Only five miles from the Village, the Rower's Cabin provides tranquility and activity for all ages. Shared lake access is complete with two kayaks and a dock; a private Har-Tru tennis court for lively matches with family and friends, and an acre of level, well manicured grass to truly disconnect. The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!
