Welkom in ons heerlijke vakantiehuis gelegen in het mooie plaatsje Schoorl op loop-fietsafstand van het bos de duinen en de zee. De woning, compleet gerenoveerd in 2020, staat vrij gelegen, heeft een eigen ingang, een kleine tuin op het zuiden met een gezellige overkapping. De sfeervolle woonkamer is voorzien van openslaande deuren naar het zonnige terras, een open keuken met vaatwasser en oven, één slaapkamer en een badkamer. Er zijn 2 fijne fietsen met versnellingen bij het huisje te huur.

A super de luxe cottage equipped with sauna and fireplace. Simpel kitchen block. Lovely terrace in a big garden with dining table. Secure free parking.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. "Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Comfortably and newly renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds. There is a terrace at fishing and swimming water with great sunsets. The house caters for 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen and smart TV with Netflix. Well suited for a long weekend or longer holidays for relaxing, cycling and visiting Noord Holland. Amsterdam as well is at half an hour by car or bus

Dit gezellige zomerhuis ligt op ons erf achter onze woning. Het is voorzien van een mooi keukenblok, een zithoek met een fijne bank, tv met WiFi, een eethoek, 1 slaapkamer met een tweepersoons boxspring en een fijne badkamer. Het bed is bij aankomst opgemaakt. Buiten hebben we een leuke zonnige ruimte voor u gecreeerd waar u naar hartelust gebruik van kunt maken. Our place is the perfect base to explore Haarlem/Amsterdam. It is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood close to a historical windmill and amenities. -7 mins bike ride (15 mins by bus) to Haarlem train station and city centre -12 mins bike ride to the sand dunes -20 mins bike ride to the beach -4 mins walk away to bus stop -20 mins train ride to Amsterdam from Haarlem station

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
