My place is good for couples, solo/business travelers and couples with children. (This unit is upstairs and requires the use of stairs) We are 3.5 mi from Albert Ellis airport an 15/20 min to area military bases NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS PLEASE DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES AND LIVESTOCK ON THE FARM

This home is very close to Swansboro, NC, about 15 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, NC. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!

Located on Topsail Island our condo is in the heart of Surf City. Enjoy the small town feel and one of the best beaches in the state. Great ocean view condo walking distance to everything.
