We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Within minutes from the home you have a multitude of restaurants, grocery store, beach shops, golf, hiking/biking trail, CVS pharmacy, and more. The home has a private back yard with outdoor patio and gas grill. Each bedroom has its own TV, master bedroom has it's own private master bath. High speed Internet is included. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

JCO Campground at Lee Baysden Pond hosts camping and glamping guests within our A-frame cabin situated within the trees on the banks of 26 acre, Lee Baysden Pond.. Try your hand at fishing with the included Canoe or casually off the banks. Enjoy relaxing in nature by a cozy campfire. Let the sounds of frogs and crickets lull you to sleep as you relax and unplug. Shared 80 acre space with other campers. Note: Linens not included. Not secluded but spacious.

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
