The Charming Cottage is peacefully located in the country 10 minutes from Richlands and nestled behind a tree line for your privacy. The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Complimentary basket with S’mores, chips and popcorn! Coffee, apple cider and hot cocoa also available. WiFi and smart tvs!

I bed 1 bathroom studio apartment secondary unit that has a private entrance with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

Virginia's Country Cottage

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

New River Side Shanty Updated

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

Lake House w/pool 10 min to beach Dog friendly

The best of both worlds at this dog-friendly property! Enjoy the lake in our screened-in porch or on our lakeside patio where you can fish for bass with rods included. An easy 10-min drive to public beach access. After you hit the beach rinse off in our outdoor shower & hang out by our above-ground private pool . Grill dinner lakeside & enjoy at our picnic tables!

Surf City Getaway...Minutes to the Beach!

Our place is just minutes from the beach by car and steps from community tennis courts, fitness center, and the Sea Turtle Hospital. We are about 30 minutes from Jacksonville and Wilmington. Two beach chairs are available for your use. Topsail Island is beautiful year round and offers great opportunities for recreation and relaxation!
