Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Cozy private guest suite in great neighborhood with own private entry to unit. 1 Bedroom studio w/ queen size bed. Futon is also available in the studio for a third person. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are provided in the kitchenette. Along with disposible plates and cups. Bathroom is stocked w/ toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap. An iron and blow dryer provided for your use. Guest area is private with own private patio. You are provided with one off street parking.

Private Suite with a breathtaking view from the balcony, Roku TV, private bath and a kitchen with cooktop, microwave, countertop Cuisinart air fryer oven, Keurig, toaster, and full size fridge. Located north of 210 with access to all major freeway including the 15 freeway. The stand alone air system only serves the Suite. We are a 3-minute drive to Ralph’s Shopping Center which also consist of stores such as Starbucks, Wells Fargo, UPS, and Enterprise. 15 minute drive to Ontario Airport.

Relax at this unique, tranquil, and comfortable mini home in our backyard. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with a wide variety of succulents and a relaxing pool. With a space to enjoy reading or listening to music. Equipped with microwave, Keurig coffee machine, mini refrigerator, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, and tableware. The mini home has air conditioning and heating system for comfort and a smart TV. No parties allowed.(SPACE EQUIPPED ONLY FOR 2-3 PEOPLE *no more than 3 fit*)

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

We are a short 10 min. drive to the Ont airport, Ontario convention center, Toyota arena and the Ontario Mill

Rustic-elegance. New paint. Private front entrance, porch, living/dining room, bedroom w/queen size bed, & full bath. Attached but private & sealed off from the main house. NO KITCHEN and NO RESTAURANT. Self-serve/complementary coffee & tea bar with 1st day breakfast pastry. Snack center for purchases. Microwave, toaster, refrigerator, k-cup coffee, hot-water kettle. Air mattresses with bedding provided by request, with 3 or more paid guests.

The unit is close to a super market, banks and restaurants. It is in downtown Rowland Heights. The listing is an apartment in the back of the main house. It has its private entrance. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
