Start off with a coffee watching the sunrise on front dining area. Spend the day lounging in the sun on the rooftop patio. Stay in and cook an amazing dinner and watch the sunset. Then only blocks from downtown Kingston go enjoy a night on the town IMPORTANT NOTE: this houseboat must remain securely docked at all times and cannot be taken out on the water.

Stay on this amazing Yacht. Sleeps up to 4 people. V birth(front) bedroom with 2 beds and the Aft(rear) bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom: flush toilet, sink and shower. Open concept 12'X14' kitchen: fridge, stove, sink and microwave,living area: couch, chairs, tv, dvd player wifi available. Screened in area provides bug free enjoyment at night for all. Sun tan on the bow of the boat. Private BBQ for grilling, Enjoy all resort amenities including: in ground pool, canoes, kayaks, beach.
