This newly renovated bungalow is centrally located, close to all amenities, and just a few minutes from Highway 17. The space is cheerful, tidy, and has been carefully designed with the Canadian north in mind. You'll find a cozy and quiet atmosphere, stocked with all the necessities (ie. towels, soap, coffee, TV etc). Enjoy some fresh air on the private deck in your peaceful backyard, or take a stroll through the woods at Fort Creek Conservation area, just a 5 minute walk from your front door.

Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

Drive (under 30 min) to all major beaches (2 seasonal passes incl). Visit local wineries and trendy restaurants. Take a bike ride down the Millenium trail. Stargaze in a hot tub and detox in a cedar sauna. Curl up on a couch by the wood-burning fireplace with a Netflix and a glass of local wine. Listen to some oldies and enjoy our retro-vibes.

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

On Lake Ontario with a stunning view of the CN Tower on a clear day, and minutes from a beautiful park with a rocky beach. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids).
