In the heart of Muskoka cottage Located in Muskoka cottage country, our traditional boathouse sits on pristine Lake Joseph—perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and water sports. The private living area is for your exclusive use. The lower dock is a shared space with the homeowner and available. You’re welcome to bring a motorized boat or Jet Ski; open dock space is included. We also provide two single kayaks, one double kayak, and a paddleboard for your enjoyment. Relax, recharge, and enjoy!

Want to experience lake life, Connect with family, Have an amazing time with your best pals? What better way than getting together for a few days on a houseboat? The trip starts off with an amazing 1-3hr houseboat ride, to a beach of your choice. This is a great time to relax, mix a drink, put on your favorite tunes, and maybe even light up (the BBQ). Once we arrive on the beach and secure the houseboat, you're on your own! When it's time to go home there will be another 1-3hr houseboat ride.

Float House on Georgian Bay

Enjoy this unique floating home located on Georgian Bay. This floating home has a bedroom with a Queen Bed with a private bathroom, full kitchen, couch that can be converted into a bed, a loft with 2 single beds and a deck to enjoy the beautiful view. Enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. This is a completely non smoking/vaping building. There is also free transient dockage for a 26 ft boat or rent a boat during your stay.

OPEN FROM THE VICTORIA DAY WEEKEBT TILL LABOUR DAY LONG WEEKEND! This gorgeous cottage sits on 2 large piers upon Faraday Trout Lake. Wake up to wonderful sunrises from the livingroom. This cottage sleeps up to 5 people and a max of 2 pets. Cottage is equipped with full kitchen, small & large appliances, with Kuerig coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, and pots/pans. The bathroom is a 2 Pc, with separate showeroom. Patio furniture is and propane BBQ are below on deck for guests to enjoy.

ISLAND GETAWAY

Relax…then relax some more!!! Access to your own private island with 360 views of the lake! Cottage has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, living room also has 2 pull out couches for extra sleeping availability. Comes equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a dining area. Outside there is a boat lift, and a covered patio to host outside gatherings as well as a fire pit. There is boat access and tie downs on each side of the break wall for when you dock your boat.

Amazing Guest quarters above a historic boathouse in the heart of the 1000 islands! Located on Club island across from the village of Rockport. Island is boat access only….so either bring your own boat or use the complimentary shuttle! You must arrive by 5pm for shuttle! The 900sq ft loft is very nicely furnished and has a beautiful deck out over the river. Swim....fish...relax.....or walk the island! See our sister cottage “incredible 1000 island cottage”!

The Dragon + Private Island

The Dragon is a 3-season houseboat moored at a private island in Manitou bay off the Gatineau River, accessed by canoeing 800m from our home parking. The island will be yours alone, offering a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and a loved one! The Dragon has solar power, as well as a propane cookstove and fridge.
