It is located only 3 miles from Penn Yan on the east side of Keuka Lake. The property is off the main road w/ a spacious yard; perfect for peace and quiet. And you're only steps from the beach and lake. Inside you'll find personal touches and comfortable furnishings. Its year-round nature makes it ideal for all seasons!

The Leopard Room at Canandaigua Guesthouse is our largest and most graceful room with a modern king size canopy bed, views to three corners of the property, a decorative fireplace and a bathroom loaded with luxury touches, like an extra large shower with waterfall shower head, heated towel rack, and a smart toilet with bidet. This spacious room has a large desk for when you can't leave work behind, a seating area for your morning coffee, and a TV with Roku so you can bring your shows with you.

Privacy galore, shared dock to swim off. Permanent dock for a boat slip. WATERFRONT lawn to reside at; a large deck above the Boat house for eating and gathering; private patio between the North and Main cottages for dining and views of the lake! NYS now charges 10% occupancy tax

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Located in Historic South. I have 3 cozy rooms, The Sunflower Room, Orchid Room & Magnolia Room. Guests are invited to enjoy a light breakfast and coffee/tea. Snacks and home baked treats always available too! Enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch! We are convenient to downtown, Seneca Lake, many wineries and breweries as well as amazing waterfalls and hiking! Restaurants within walking distance. Pets welcome! Kid friendly too!

Maison at The North Farm - Suite

Our 19th century farmhouse, 5 miles south of Geneva on Seneca Lake wine trail, is the ideal base from where to explore the gorgeous Finger Lakes region. Our organic farm offers hiking trails - great for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing too - through meadows, creek, woods and gully for the nature lovers with access to our lake across the road for a swim, a canoe, kayak or rowboat adventure. We provide it all:)) ... and, YES, we finally installed a brand new portable AC unit and it works!

Widmer Suite in the Historic Naples Hotel

Located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, just 10 minutes south of Canandaigua Lake, our boutique hotel is a great place to stay for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Reserve 4 11 ppl May-Oct 30th but the home is best utilized with 6 persons sleeping there. Gourmet kitchen, lakeside firepit/relax/piano, swim, hike, fish, kayak, breweries/wineries CMAC. Day/Nt Registered guests. Addl guests coming after reserving need 2 pay add'l guest fee b4 approved. Early June: water is too cold for most to swim/kayak.
