The Place at Crystal Beach

Three minute walk to the beach! "The Place" is a new cottage completed in July 2023 on property owned by the hosts’ family for over four decades. The cottage has an open floor plan. The living room has a smart TV above a gas fireplace. The large kitchen has all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. The three bedrooms have queen beds. As well, there is a twin bunk, a pull-out sofa bed, and a designated office area. Outside there is a large deck, hammock, and fire pit. Fire wood is provided.

That Cottage by the Lake!

This entire cottage is just what you are looking for if you are looking for an escape from the day to day work life. Lake rights let's you access the lake directly only a couple blocks away at the community beach as well as a boat/paddle board/ kayak launch. Full kitchen, charcoal grill, and fire pit available for use. Enjoy all Canandaigua has to offer with just a quick drive from multiple wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. Also very close to CMAC, and FLCC. Bristol Mtn only 30min drive!

Honeoye Haven

Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

Nestled in peaceful Upstate N.Y., between Finger Lakes Wine Country and Lake Ontario and right in the heart of the Erie Canal is the Peppermint Cottage. The Peppermint Cottage is a unique destination. The Peppermint Cottage is a place for guests to “Step Back in Time” and experience the simple pleasures of life including a warm fire, relaxing under the stars in a hot tub, sauna or strolling our gardens. Family friendly establishment. Birders, bicyclists and outdoor enthusiasts welcome.

Open loft bedroom with great star gazing while laying in bed. There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away. Note: Sorry this cottage is not suitable for small children, due to the loft cable style railings.
