Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Enjoy the combination of modern and antique!

Immerse yourself in the rustic charm of our Istrian home, where every detail has been lovingly handcrafted by the owner’s family. This villa comfortably accommodates 8+2 guests and is equipped with modern comforts like private bathrooms, air conditioning, and TVs. The garden offers three levels of outdoor fun. Just 15 min from the sea and 20 min from the historic towns of Labin and Rabac, with Opatija and Rovinj within an hour’s drive, our home is a heartfelt base for your Istrian adventure.

Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while refreshing yourself from the summer heat in the pool. Guests have access to a wood-burning grill next to the summer kitchen, so they can carefree enjoy the whole day outside. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION: Our house is situated in small VILLAGE in central Istria. We are not in a city or by seaside. Here is no public transport, so it is not suitable for people without a car. Supermarket (working time: 7 - 21h), pharmacy, post office, and caffe bar are on a distance of 2,5km. First bigger town (Labin: 20 min), where you can find everything you may need.
