Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Small Room. Amazing View! 2.5km > Trogir!

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The very small room is located on the top floor & offers top views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is best suitable for 1P. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (very narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

Kao domaćini želimo učiniti sve kako bi se osjećali posebno i kako bi vam vaš odmor ostao u prelijepom sjećanju.

Villa Kapar is over 200 year old stone house fully renovated in 2016. Villa is situated on island Čiovo and it is part of the old Trogir center. Apartment "Kairos" is on second floor. Apartment is 4 star studio apartment luxury furnished, among other things with air-conditon, Wi-Fi, smart TV, safe. Apartment has balcony with nice view. The apartment is situated in very vicinity of restaurants, bars, shops, bus station, boat station, marinas and other. You are welcome to visit us.

Apartment "Patricia" is completely renovated, on the 3th floor, in the old hause built 1900 year from natural stone in the city center, downtown, close (within a radius 50m) to public transport and parking, taxi, art and culture, parks, green and fish market, bucheries, banks, caffes and restaurants, post office, ferry and yachts harbour.The airport is 2 km away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
