A genuine house in a genuine old fishing village in Istria/Croatia. There is a nice roof terass with view over the roofs and the Adriatic sea. Istria It,s the most beautiful part of Croatia, similar Toscana but like it was before and moore genuine. It`s very close from the house to many things: 300 m to the beach, 20 m to the bakery, 50 m to the grocery, 20 m to a wonderful café, 30 m to the church, 50 m to the square with nice restaurants and pubs. 300 m to the harbour.

Quiet and sweet house Vrsar (garden +parking)

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Villa Rotonda

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

Villa Marina

This lovely house with private swimming pool is located near Vrsar. House have three comfortable bedrooms, spacious living space with sofa bed which can be additional accommodation for two more individuals. There is a nice kitchen with dining area, and for romantic evening here is a fireplace. For outside enjoyment there is big terace with dining area. You can also relax in your lounger by the pool because house is surrounded by peaceful nature and meadows.

Villa Costa for 4 persons consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom. NOTE: There are also 2 separate holiday apartments in the building, which have separate, completely independent entrances. The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.

Renovated old stone house in quiet village. Over 300y old. Pool can be heated April-October (100€ per week payable on spot). House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.

The apartment is located between the beautiful city’s of Porec (10 min drive) and Vrsar (5 min drive). There are a lot of restaurants nearby and great activities for kids as Dinopark (300 m) and Aquacolours (4.3 km). Walking distance from the beach.
