Annandale Beach is a 1 minute easy walk to the beach. The home and large deck have expansive views of the Bay of Islands . You will love lazing about on the large deck, gazing out at the incredible view. You’ll love our place not only because of the fantastic views, but also proximity to Paihia, Russell and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. It is perfectly located for all the Bay has to offer. We welcome couples and small groups. We are an easy flat walk to Paihia village and the Tourist ferries.

Located a couple km from the CBD, it is very accessible to town. You are getting a large 5 bedroom house with views across Whangarei, the harbour and beyond. The section is private, perched up high with views right across the city. You have the choice of sitting on the deck, entertaining on the patio or hanging out in the back garden. This luxuriously furnished self contained home is nestled in a bush-clad hillside in Paihia, known as the 'Winterless North,' the Bay of Islands is a cluster of over 144 islands. This 3 double bedroom home is tastefully furnished with quality fittings. Beach views from the main lounge and 3 separate decks. It is fully self-contained, modern and spacious. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Rustic Bush Retreat

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or grab a meal at the Kerikeri Cruising Club which is just 5 mins away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and a safe swimming beach within a few minutes drive.

Free Netflix ....high speed internet..Spectacular views from large deck of the famous and historical Waitangi River and Reserve. Abundant native bush and bird life. Only 5 minutes by car to Beach, Cafes, Supermarket and Golf course. Fantastic walking tracks from Haruru Falls....we also have another place Dargaville " Pouto Peninsula Farm cottage".peaceful place on the farm.

Ferry Landing

Watch the harbour activities and ever changing vista from the deck of our clean and comfortable home. We are situated just above the car ferry on the Russell side of the Opua harbour. The ferry cost is $17 per car & runs a continual service. Or you can walk on for just $2 per person. Please note that although you have sole occupancy of the house, the property has another cottage & resident in it. The driveway is also shared.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.
