Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. Moana Vista is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment just a short stroll to all Paihia has to offer while still providing an elevated retreat with ever changing views of the town and bay. Situated in a small side road with no through traffic this newly renovated, double glazed, fully stocked, home-away-from-home is only a couple of minutes walk to Paihia central with restaurants, shops and tourist activities on your doorstep.

Russell Outback Eco Retreat is off grid with solar power, tank water and a compostable toilet.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.

Waitangi Self Contained Studio

Fully self contained, quiet and private yet located close to beach, boat ramp, supermarket and cafes. Newly built and cozy with plenty of outdoor flow. The shower although private it is outside. May not suit everyone. There are bikes and a touring kayak. At high tide there is access to the Waitangi river and plenty enough time to paddle to Haruru falls or Paihia and back.
