Locația este inconjurată de clădiri istorice , Biserica cu Luna , Turnul Primariei cu panorama peste intregul oras,Palatul Vulturul Negru . Apartamentul aflandu-se in chiar punctul zero al orasului, este locul de unde poti porni spre orice destinatie . Am fi foarte bucurosi sa va avem musafiri , deci va asteptam cu mare drag ! Apartament cochet in centrul orasului, cu vedere la Crisul Repede intr-o zona turistica foarte cautata, in apropiere de Cetatea Oradea, la 5 minute de Aquapark Nymphaea, restaurantul Rivo, Crinul Alb si Spoon. De asemenea este foarte aproape de spitale si de facultati. In 10 minute de mers pe jos ajungeti in centrul istoric si cultural al orasului unde puteti admira toate imobilele Art Nouveau, Teatrul de Stat, Primaria Oradea si alte obiective de interes turistic.
