It’s +/- 1015 sq.ft. of open concept living, European style kitchen , dining area for 6, living room area with easel TV , SONOS throughout, balcony with table for 4, BBQ/grill, 1 bedroom.

*Proudly renovated Aug ‘26* Tucked away and attached to my house, the space features a private entrance and back patio with a separate fenced back yard in a wooded backdrop ideal for weary travelers and their dogs. Luxe Guest Suite w Pool (Historic, Downtown)

Southern charm is in abundance in this c. 1799 home! This sun-filled, artfully restored space is a private, "in-law" suite adjacent to a sprawling southern Estate. You'll enjoy a private entrance, huge living area / queen bed, large dressing room with "his and hers" vanities, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and oversized tub, access to gorgeous pool, and sprawling verandas. The space is mere blocks from all that quintessential historic Hillsborough has to offer, and is a rare treasure!

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

COUNTRY IN THE CITY. PRIVATE 3-Bdrm apartment with GOURMET KITCHEN. SW Durham only a few minutes to UNC, Whole Foods or I40. Pond, trees, gravel road, horses feels like country living. Pets allowed. ONLY 2 people living long term but may have guests. This private apartment upstairs in duplex house has 2 bedrooms plus 3rd bedroom furnished as an office with futon bed. Another apartment downstairs in the same house is where I live with a dog and cat, so you will hear & see us at times.

Private Suite in beautiful home minutes from UNC

This is a private space in a beautiful home close to Southern Village and UNC. It's super spacious for 2 guests and we can easily add a double mattress to the large Living Room (set on the floor) if you are traveling with children and you'll still have plenty of space. With over 800 square feet, you have room to stretch out and relax. Please note the bedroom is accessed thru the bathroom. We live here, so quiet hours are to be honored and we will in turn provide you with a peaceful stay!

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!
