Located on the public side of lake Anna, this house offers a spacious 1600 square feet, open floor plan, and convenient one level living. Brand new appliances and furniture, as well as a hot tub and fire pit complete this cozy retreat. Spend your days out on the water, relax on the covered back deck in the hot tub or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit.

The group will enjoy access to vineyards, restaurants, breweries, hiking and historical sites from this location. There is one king bedroom and 1 1/2 baths and a well stocked efficiency kitchen. The Theater room serves as a second bedroom w a very comfortable queen Pullout. The living room futon pulls out to a comfortable double bed. There is a patio, chemical free hot tub, fire pit, nature trail across a bridge. Meditation area near stream, and a meditative labyrinth Filtered well water

The Studio at Dark Run Retreat

Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! There is an apartment above the studio, so we ask that you be mindful of those guests if occupied. *The studio got a make-over! As of 10/6/20, we will no longer be hosting pets*

The Reserve

Need to get away and enjoy a quiet retreat? Star gaze at night via hot tub, roast marshmallows from the fire pit and take in the mountainside ambiance from the porch. Quaint studio Getaway suite set on the historical grounds of Greenock Manor. This Tiny House is only 5minutes drive from MontPelier in the heart of the wine country. Perfect for a couple or single person, the bedroom has an open plan kitchenette for self catering. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishes are available. Ideal for hikers wanting to visit Shenandoah. Staff parking is behind the Tiny House but the front has views of the farmlands and forest. Enjoy our giant chess game

After a long day of fishing, boating, or hiking, the home welcomes you with a stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, TVs in each room & a soaking tub. Relaxation awaits!
