Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

GUEST ACCESS Guest has access to the apartment with Wi-Fi and free onsite designated parking. Unit also comes with a pullout sofa for an extra bed for comfort. No Smoking of any kind. In the heart of the city, it can be hard to find the spirit of the road... but not impossible. This Ventana RV has all the comforts of a luxurious home, combined with the spirit of adventure. Full kitchen, AC, bath and shower... Queen size bed and comfortable couch/bed for a third person. There is also a queen size air mattress in a cabinet if you need more sleeping space. Many guests bring a pet. Plenty of parking available on both sides of the street. Please leave driveways accessible.

A quiet spot in a private neighborhood, adjacent to nearby shops, including Starbucks, Safeway, and restaurants. This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. Unwind, curl up on the couch, or get a great nights sleep among the trees. Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we do not have a kitchen)

This cozy stylish home is perfect for your getaway! with an open concept, 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Great alternative for those who have a small group and don't want to pay Hotel prices. A smaller price, and much more to offer! Smart TVs in every room. Board games for your entertainment. Comfy beds and a futon. A small backyard to with outdoor cooking. There is a cave door separating the living/kitchen area and bedroom. So if you are taller than 5' 4", you will have to duck :).

Welcome you to private studio with separate self-check-in entrance, and an exterior security camera to monitor the sloped driveway with a free 1 uncovered parking space. Enjoy this private suite with full bathrooms, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer and dryer.

Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!
