I wanted a retreat for myself that offered everything I find important and enjoyable in a small space: A comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, storage space and a sofa for relaxing, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Quietness was important. Attractive design and privacy.

The 40 sqm feature a kitchenette, a meal table, a queen size bed (160x200cm) and a sofa bed. A rollaway bed or a baby cot can also be added. In the ensuite bathroom there is a bathtub an a large mirror.
