D & D Country Retreat

Come have a relaxing weekend and enjoy the beautiful countryside. As we are located somewhere around 12 to 15 miles out of town. We have a TV and DVD player so bring your favorite movies. There is a Redbox at the Dollar General in town. We offer an outside fire pit with some lighting. We are located close to the 11 point river, and Mark Twain National Forest. So good hunting and fishing is close. NO SMOKING inside. OUTSIDE ONLY! NO PETS allowed you will be charged if I pet hair! Free WiFi

Come share our little slice of paradise in the Missouri Ozarks: gardens, goats, chickens, ducks, and a pet turkey! Baby goats arrive in April!! 15 acres of woods with trails offer a peaceful walk. Without city noise and light pollution, stargazing is amazing. The guest house offers a full kitchen, living room , bedroom with walk-in closet and bath. Wi-Fi, Roku and W/D are included. We are close to national and state parks, several famous rivers for floating and other points of interest.

Big Pine Farm Studio Apartment with private lake

We are offering our studio apartment that is attached to our farming garage to be rented out nightly. Accommodations are 1 queen bed, 1 set of bunk beds, futon, private owned lake, fire pit, great place to take a walk or run, wildlife and livestock. Animals that live on our farm are cows, goats, turkeys, peacocks, guineas, chickens, dogs and many wildlife. Fishing is welcome. We are located 2 miles from town and 10 miles from the 11 point river. No smoking! Non shedding pets allowed.

Bright and peaceful 3 bedroom minutes from river

Stay in this comfortable cottage and live like a true local in Alton. We're minutes from the majestic Eleven Point River. Our rental comes with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen and living room. We have recently made some improvements related to feedback from past guests, with a new hot water heater, window blinds and a new queen mattress. Take your morning coffee to the wrap around deck and enjoy the more than half acre yard, Wi-Fi, self-check-in -- we've got everything you need!

Egret’s Nest Step Back in Time-Thayer, MO-Mammoth

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Egret’s Nest is a unique property. The kitchen looks like it is right out of an old magazine..The rug under the table is all hand painted as well as the mat by the door.. it even has loops messed up like a real rug would.. very detailed. The hand painted ceiling in bedroom has Egret’s in corners..this is a beautiful home that will take you to the past..the wrap around porch is a welcoming site to enter into a step back in time.

Private Family Cabin near Eleven Point w/ Hammocks

Only an 8 mile drive from Eleven Point River and only 9 miles to town! This is the perfect location to relax enjoy the outdoors and see wildlife! Family friendly with a swingset and small zip line for younger children. Disc golf, cornhole, Foosball table, and games to enjoy as well! A barn style home with the second floor set up as a loft style bedroom. If you need recommendations on places to hunt, or things to do just ask! No hunting on the property.

The "Mother-In-Law" Guest Suite

If you enjoy a quiet and peaceful surrounding, then this is the space for you! It is attached to the main house, but there is no access to/from the main house. There's a full kitchen and full bathroom, with stand-in shower. Your own hot water heater and mini split ac/heating unit. We have a swimming pool for summer and a hot tub for winter. There's a piano, bongos and a guitar you can play. We even have a telescope, so feel free to take it outside at night!

Newly added 2nd bathroom and laundry attached to the cottage in a Grain Bin! Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country setting located approximately 10 miles from the beautiful Eleven Point River, well known for its canoeing, kayaking and fishing. We are a family owned cabin near the Eleven Point River! We are located exactly 11 miles from the intersection of 19 North and 19 South in Alton, Missouri on AA Highway. Our cabin sleeps six people with a queen size bed, one set of bunk beds, full size blow-up mattress, and a loveseat. We are about a mile and a half from Whitten Access.
