Bedrooms are all upstairs and each include one King bed and large TV. Soaker tub in upstairs bathroom. Main level includes updated full kitchen, dining area, 75” TV, washer/dryer. 2 central heating and air conditioning systems, with an electronic air purifier, to ensure a comfortable stay. 1G Wi-Fi Internet.

Full furnished Basement, large Arcade

2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .

Cozy 6 bedroom with tons of living and sleep space

Such a great location! 30 minute drive to Salt Lake City, just 2 minutes from the freeway, within 5 minutes driving to UVU , and 10 minutes to BYU. 4 LDS temples within a 10 minute drive, and 3 minutes away from the new orem temple. A few blocks from a huge sports park, Shopping, top golf, movie theater, and restaurants close by, easy access to canyons, mountains and hiking. Quiet neighborhood, and private parking!
