Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

A due passi c’è anche il centro cittadino dove non mancano supermercati, negozi, locali, bar, ristoranti, tabaccai, farmacie e banche.
