Book our bright, comfortable, SECOND FLOOR guest apartment with a LARGE OUTDOOR DECK just a short walk to Lake Simcoe & Innisfil Beach Park! Enjoy all the comforts of home in a beautiful space with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It's perfect for all seasons! We are an hour from Toronto, 20 minutes from Barrie, 15 minutes from Friday Harbour Resort, 25 minutes from Snow Valley, 30 minutes from Vetta Nordic Spa, and 15 minutes from Three Feathers Terrace Event Venue. NO CLEANING FEES!

2 bedroom beachfront apartment

Lovely suite with its own 3 piece bathroom, living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette. Has its own deck, barbecue and entranceway overlooking the sandy shores of Georgian Bay. Steps to go swimming, kayaking or a sunset stroll. Parking available. No pets. Between June 30th - September 1st the apartment can only be rented by the week (check in & check out on Saturdays only). Outside of these dates, we are happy to host visitors with a minimum 1 night stay, check in/out any day of the week.

Myra's Cozy Place in Barrie

Myra's Cozy Place is close to Downtown, Barrie which is walking distance to restaurants, clubs, shops and banks. We are near to Kempenfelt Bay and Centennial Beach. We are two blocks away from the City Hall and McLaren Art Center. The property is a walkout basement. The guests have a direct access to the backyard (we'll not give key to the guests for security reasons). They will be using the side door as their entrance door using a code. We can also offer Level 2 EV charging upon request.

Take a dip in our all-season 8-seater hot tub and enjoy the outdoors during the winter, spring, summer, and fall. This rear-facing ground-level apartment is a unique place that has a style of its own. It is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood and commands pristine cleanliness The surrounding area includes stunning parks and trails, as well as popular stores for shopping. Proximity to Bass Lake, Lake Couchiching, and Lake Simcoe offers abundant opportunities for aquatic activities.

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

Lakeside Inn Unit #1

This micro bachelor cabin is located behind Lakeside Inn Hotel. The hotel faces Lake Simcoe and the cabin is behind the main hotel. You are a 30 sec walk to the lake. C1 is a private apartment in a cabin that has two apartments side by side. The studio style space comes equipped with a queen sized bed and a smart TV. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub shower and a kitchenette area that consists of a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, table and chairs.

The Chieftain Suite

New basement apartment in the heart of Barrie! A short 5 minute drive to the beach, fantastic restaurants, and shopping at Park Place. Features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large TV with Prime, and a fireplace outside for those chilly evenings. Perfect for business trips, romantic getaways, or relaxing nights away from home. Pull out couch that turns into a bed for extra guests! ** Lower-level suite. Some upstairs footstep noise is possible**

Small-town charm at its best! Our centrally located apartment is the perfect home base for your small-town adventures. We're minutes from the unique shops and restaurants in downtown Midland and the Midland Harbour. There is plenty to experience; attend a local festival, take in a tourism site, hop onto the Trans Canada Trail System with your bike or snowmobile, attend a show/concert at the Midland Cultural Centre, or snowshoe through the Wye Marsh.
