Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Our private 2 bedroom suite with amazing views of Mt. Diablo is located in a suburb of San Francisco and Berkeley called Lafayette in the East Bay. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

Access to amazing Bay views! Cozy ~250 sq. ft. studio unit with unit 9.5 ft ceilings which serves as a guest suite with private bath to a home in the Oakland hills. All self-contained with in-unit mini-fridge, coffee machine, microwave and TV with Roku for streaming (no cable TV). standing desk serves as your "office" and a couple small sitting chairs to lounge about or read a book.
