Convenient location to trails & the Jay resort water park. Access to shuttle system thru the resort. -king size bed - pull out couch - WiFi - electric fireplace This is a ski in/out location (Dec - Mar)! To access: walk across the parking lot to the ski in/out trail which links up with Grammy Jay. Follow the Grammy Jay trail down to the Village Chair Double Lift to access the rest of the trail system. To get back: take the Grammy Jay trail & exit at the "Long Trail" sign to reach the condo.

Our place is a Cozy, Clean, and new condo with lots of privacy and ski in/ ski out convenience. This property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Not a skier? Sit by the fire and enjoy our WiFi and Netflix or a good book.

Cozy Jay Condo

Welcome to our Mountainside Jay condo! This cozy 525 sq foot studio has a queen murphy bed, a queen sofa bed & a gas burning fireplace. Located directly across the street from the golf course/nordic center, next to the Ice Haus & the Water Park. Walk to the tram in the morning. Great destination for a small family, couples getaway or just a place to rest your head after a long day skiing/boarding. Newly renovated bathroom. Sweet and simple. Pets welcome!

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. There is some summer siding work going on, the crew is very good but be aware work commencing. Enjoy your stay!!

Lovely 3 Bedroom Ski In/Out with Fireplace

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This condo at Jay is in one of the best locations. Ski out to Grammy Jay, walk across the parking lot to the Kids Mountain Adventure Center or to get to Stateside amenities. This three bedroom unit is great for family and friends. Plenty of sleeping arrangements including a pull out couch, three bathrooms and two living room spaces. You won’t be disappointed in your stay!

A ground floor unit, with owners living on the property. The unit is very private, quiet, and comfortable. Enjoy views of the Willoughby Gap while sipping on a cup of coffee. 45 minutes to Jay Peak and Burke ski areas. 7 miles to Willoughby Lake. We are located on the Vast snowmobile trail. Come and have a peaceful time!
