Waterfront cabin

This one bedroom waterfront guest cabin is located on Great Hosmer Pond in the beautiful town of Craftsbury Common, Vermont. The ownerof the property live in the main house. The cabin has access to the cross country ski trails of the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Swimming dock on property with access to kayaks. The cabin is made of double tongue and grooved red western cedar. The cabin is available year round except for 'mud season'. Please take note that this is a rustic cabin and not a hotel.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. You are steps to the pool and water park (water park tickets sold separately). Plenty of dining options, hiking and golf are within walking distance. In the winter, enjoy the ski-in and ski-out location. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a smart tv and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv. This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

A 10 min. walk leads to the beautiful & private Lodge Beach, where guests will find a pristine lake with clear water, a sandy beach, boats, and a floating dock to swim to and dive from.

This condo lies in the heart of the original Jay Village, offering flexible living space for a larger family or group and the best of Jay's ski-on ski-off locations. With a well stocked kitchen and central great living area as well as 5 bedrooms and a den, everyone can have the space that they need. Private entrance with a mud room and ski locker. Free parking. Access to the Jay Peak Resort facilities, including pool, water park and skating rink are available for a fee to the resort.
