It is a 3-4 room apartment and is perfect for a couple and at most a total of 4 adults. PLEASE NOTE if you are not a couple and do not want to share a bed , you will need to rent the second bedroom at $45 per night per each additional person.The location is perfect in the center of quaint picturesque downtown Wellfleet. Private parking. No children under 8.

A wonderful Wellfleet location! This second floor rental has a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a tub and living area with a well stocked kitchen. You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Located right in the village of East Orleans, you will be close to Nauset & Skaket Beaches, inlets, ponds, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking. The great location makes it convenient to all of Orleans, Chatham, Brewster and the Lower Cape. Perfect for couples, singles, and especially for families with kids because of our large yard!

A mile to Pleasant Bay, Eastward Ho and Wequassett Inn, shopping, restaurants and beach. Walk the labyrinth, gardens and fairy gardens. Take an outdoor shower. Shopping on Main Street in Chatham is 15 minutes. Enjoy a nice, tranquil walk, listen to the birds or feast your eyes on the surrounding conservation land.

Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming studio with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a small kitchen. This cottage has a queen bed and a table with sitting area. The kitchen is nicely updated with updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including an stove/oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker. The Cape Cod Perch at West Dennis Beach Studio Apt

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a short walk from three Nantucket Sound beaches. This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv.
