There is also a private outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 4.20 m by 2 m and a view of the Aegean Sea. The apartments are located just a 5-minut walk to the beach and local restaurants, like the famous Thalassaki.

Charlie 3, is a spacious apartment of 67 square meters with its very own roof terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a late night drink. It is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs. There is luggage storage available.

The house is organized in two levels. The ground floor hosts the living room, the dining room in a fully equipped kitchen and a wc. In the living room, the coach can fold out to be two separate single beds. Above the kitchen, there is an open area loft with 2 single beds and its own wc. The first floor hosts the master bedroom and its own bathroom. Overall, the house is ideal for 4 -5 people: a couple with 3 (preferably teenage) kids or 5 adults.
