It consists of a ground floor 1-bedroom apartment, and another middle floor and top floor 2-bedroom apartment, which are connected with an external staircase. Kalami House is located a few meters away from a lovely pebble beach and 13 km east of the picturesque town of Chania. A tavern and a traditional cafe can be found at about 1.5 km away and a supermarket at 4 km away. A car is needed for your stay.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
