Sit out under the Greek sky on a private terrace overlooking the sparkling shared pool in an authentic chalky-white Cycladic villa complex. In keeping, this Mezzanine loft apartment has been dressed in white with blanched shades of beige and blue. “Ivi" is a 57 square meter upper floor suite with an open concept and a swimming pool view. It is part of a housing complex with Mykonean architecture and is located next to Ornos Beach. It can accommodate up to 4-people . It has a fully equipped kitchen, one double bed in the loft, one couch that turns into a double bed and one single couch (80 cm width) . Ornos Beach is located on the southwest corner of Mykonos island and only three kilometers from Mykonos town. Together with places to eat and drink there are also supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, and bakery. Due, for the most part to the sea’s sandy bottom which drops off very gently from the shore, Ornos beach provides the perfect family beach. Access to and from Mykonos town is made easy with a frequent local bus service. A daily boat service to other Mykonos beaches as well as excursions to the island of Delos are available from this bay which also provides a good anchorage for yachts. Entering the property there's a large patio including a pool (12x6x2.3m) with wooden sun loungers a bar made out of stone, a sitting area under a pergola, as well as a barbeque. The main house has a living room decorated in line with the Island's atmosphere, two master bedrooms, an additional room with two single beds, two renovated bathrooms, one WC, and a fully equiped kitchen with dinning area. In the guest house there's a sitting area which turns into two single beds, a master bedroom, bathroom, and a small refrigerator. Up the stairs and on to the first level, one finds the master bedroom en-suite with a built in double bed that exits to a private balcony and a bedroom with two built-in single beds that can host two older children or adults. A third bedroom with a built in double bed exits to a terrace on the side where one can read a book or have a drink. Located on this level there is an independent bathroom. An independent guest house located at the pool level, with a built-in double bed bedroom and a living room with two built-in single sofa/beds, is suitable for family help, in-laws or an independent couple with children. A brand new guest house is located under the pool area. It has total privacy for 2 guests with a built-in double bedroom, flat tv, A/C, wifi repeater and refrigerator. Also there is a very relaxing sofa in the living room.
