Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Un ambiente curato, organizzato e molto confortevole, ideale per accogliere una famiglia o un gruppo di amici, fino a 5 persone, anche per soggiorni lunghi.

Un ampio open space con cucina attrezzata e comodo salotto; al primo piano due camere da letto e i rispettivi bagni: uno con vasca, l'altro con doccia. Dal giardino su due livelli si giunge al lago dove fare il bagno. Avete a disposizione il parcheggio privato e un 'bike laboratory' per appassionati. Da giugno ad agosto soggiorno minimo 5 giorni. Da ottobre ad aprile si richiedono 10 € in più al giorno.
