Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. "Casa Zyz - green", a small apartment located in the heart of ancient Palermo, in the Kalsa district, a few steps from the most famous Arab-Norman monuments, the most attractive tourist sites and the nightlife spots. A few steps from the house you will find restaurants and commercial activities. The apartment, recently renovated, is equipped with modern and welcoming furnishings, consisting of a single room (bedroom and kitchenette/living room), private bathroom and a small balcony.

The apartment is just a short walk from the central station and the city’s most lively and popular areas. It is a real home, shaped over the years with love, solitude, joy, and longing. Every wall, door, and furniture carries a piece of that story hand painted by me. My heart is split between Palermo and a very far, far away place. I often travel there with my dog Dolores, and that’s when I open my house in Palermo to you. Treat it like you would with the house of an old friend.

Very close to restaurants and pizza places, excellent bakery around the corner, a fish vendor at the end of the street and two travelling little trucks who call out their wares in the morning. This allows a genuine living experience in the old part of the city.
