We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

Centralissimo appartamento posto a pochi metri dalla piazza del comune (Piazza della Repubblica). I ristoranti più tipici, la farmacia, la banca cittadina sono a portata di mano per l'ospite perché tutti posizionati nella piazza sottostante l'appartamento. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
