Zion’s House - Dreamy Surf Beachfront

The Sunset House is one of select few rentals that is directly on the beach- walking distance from river, restaurant, and only a 2 minute drive from a waterfall and town. Built from the ground up, this born and raised local surfer created a home for others who dream to experience the tropical beach life. The furniture of this home is made from wood of the national tree of Costa Rica, Guanacaste.

This house is our gate keeper house. It is the place closest to our gate. Underneath this house is our laundry room. As this house is in between the trees you will often see monkeys jumping from tree to tree and nose bears wondering around. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a balcony to enjoy the first sun rays and a desk to work when you need it.
