The Oakwood is close to Gilcrease Museum, Downtown Tulsa, BOK Arena, Performing Arts & much more!

Sunny’s Hut at Three Ponds Community

This cute little hut sits just behind our main house. You get your own private space on the land. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our amazing compost toilet for a truly unique experience. Included in the hut is a mini fridge, microwave, pour over coffee, along with plates, utensils, and towels.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, or a weekend with friends. Come enjoy what tulsa has to offer, without all the noises of the city. Only 12 minutes away from downtown Tulsa, this tucked away lodge is perfect for when you just want to get away from it all, without going to far at all. Luxury Bell Tent at Three Ponds Community

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique space. This 18’ Bell Tent is tucked away into the trees. A short hike is required to get to this space and you have plenty of privacy. This tent comes standard with a Queen size bed but also has two twin size memory foam mattresses available to set up if you plan to bring the kids! A propane heater is available during colder months for an extra $15/night.

With hiking trails, large ponds with complimentary fishing poles, 2 kayaks and a canoe. play a round on our renowned disc golf course, or hang by the pool or in one of the hot tubs. Whatever you choose to do, you are sure to have a great time.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This off-grid cabin is a unique experience that you can’t get anywhere else. Seriously, it’s off-grid which means you have to park and hike in. Solar powered lights and a compost toilet are also part of this tiny house experience. A propane heater is available during colder months for an extra $15/night.
