Tubing, canoeing and kayaking on Muskegon River, just min away. The house is just 8 mi from Bike/ATV trails/ state land. Evart: includes Osceola Fair, Dulcimer and Spring Hill camp. This home is peaceful, built 2023 sleeps 6, 3 beds & pullout couch. Added a window air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a water softener this summer. Enjoy!

River access in backyard and 3 miles from public launch. This is a great winter location for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hiking. WiFi is available with a fully furnished WFH space with ultra wide monitor and USB-C Docking Station. There are ceiling fans in the home, but no central AC or heat. Large space heaters available.
