Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The cabin has beautiful views of sunrise lake. Just down a few steps and you'll be able to enjoy the shared deck dock and 60 feet of shared lake frontage. Take a walk, fish, kayak, bring your ATV and hit the trails, or simply just relax by the fire and enjoy the star lit sky. You'll find yourself immersed in paradise and nature. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
