I just remodeled the 1450sq' house making it handicap accessible. The entry and all main floor doors are 36" in width. There is a ramp leading to the front deck for easier access. One bathroom has a 5' shower stall with grab rails. If you like golf, the beautiful Garland resort is just 4 minutes up the road. There is not a boat launch.
